NEW YORK– Star Tom Hanks is on the beat in New york city City, using Twitter to signal authorities to an automobile with a slew of tickets on its windshield.

A police official returned the tweet, requesting the vehicle’s place. The newspaper states police think the cars and truck’s owner likely paid the tickets online. The car’s owner ultimately moved it.
