Attorney who eliminated Gawker is now taking legal action against on behalf of Las Vegas sports gambler

. The attorney who lowered Gawker is now pursuing the shuttered chatter website’s successor business Gizmodo Media Group.

Attorney Charles Harder filed a $10 million defamation fit against Gizmodo and author Ryan Goldberg in Manhattan Supreme Court on Friday, declaring Goldberg defamed his client, prominent sports gambler RJ Bell, in the June 23, 2016 post, “How America’s Favorite Sports Betting Specialist Turned a Sucker’s Video game into an Industry” released in Deadspin.

Bell is the CEO of the Las Vegas-based sports wagering company Pregame.com, which offers expert guidance for a price.
