Authorities: 21-year-old guest killed in North Las Vegas crash

boy Monday afternoon. Officer Eric Leavitt stated the single-vehicle crash killed a 21-year-old passenger near Cheyenne Avenue and Civic Center Drive at about 5:30 p.m.

Pointing out the initial investigation, police said a 2011 black BMW four-door sedan was traveling south on Civic Center when it crashed into a pole in the center typical.

Medical workers pronounced the 21-year-old guest dead at the scene. The 21-year-old driver suffered small injuries and was not transported to the healthcare facility.

No other people or lorries were associated with the crash, authorities said.

Investigators believe the slick roadways as an outcome of the rain contributed to the crash. Alcohol is not believed to be an aspect.

This marked the 2nd traffic-related casualty in North Las Vegas in 2018.
