Authorities say the child kid whose father is implicated of bending him in half to silence his crying has actually passed away.
Police jailed Robert Anthony Resendiz, 30, on Tuesday, Dec. 19 after his 6-month-old kid was taken to Phoenix Children’s Healthcare facility with injuries medical professionals deemed “not survivable.”
