Break-in suspect gets away home arrest, contended by cops in west valley

Officers were contacted us to the 8500 block of West Sahara Avenue, near South Durango Boulevard, at around 9:30 p.m. when detectives saw the suspect getting out of an automobile and, cops said. The suspect ranged from detectives when they aimed to arrest him and the investigators started a foot pursuit.

Las Vegas cops said throughout the chase, the suspect pulled out a handgun and one detective fired a single round, which missed him. Soon after the chase, the suspect was required to University Medical Center after he twisted his ankle while running.
