Burgerim looks to alter the Vegas Valley’s slider game

No matter the time of year, there’s nothing more reassuring than a stacked cheeseburger. And the only thing that beats consuming one is devouring 3 tasty, snack-sized ones. Fast-casual chain Burgerim (noticable “burger-eem”) opened here in September, and president Oren Loni understands precisely what I’m discussing.

Loni’s Israeli-launched dining establishment began franchising in 2011 in response to a market loaded with “boring burgers.” The Mediterranean-leaning principle took off, and within two years Loni had opened 80 locations across the globe.

While it isn’t really a totally groundbreaking principle, Burgerim does do things a little in a different way, changing up the burger game with seriously personalized sliders that are worth the wait whenever you have actually got the craving. Burgerim’s signature 2.8-ounce patties are served in packs– pick from “uno,” “duo” or “trio”– or get a celebration box packed with 16 various burgers.

The very best, albeit somewhat frustrating part about Burgerim is the quantity of personalization that enters into each hamburger. Select from 11(!) various patty types, including beef, Wagyu beef, lamb, chorizo, salmon and falafel, then select your garnishes. Bypass the Wagyu (which costs $1 more) and go for the similarly delicious lamb or beef patty, and constantly put an egg on it.

And there’s more than hamburgers here. Make the most of Burgerim’s 55-cent wing special every Wednesday, and make certain you load up on the sweet garlic sauce. Do not leave without trying your house french fries. These bad boys fall someplace in between a fry and a chip– light and crispy on the outdoors and soft and fluffy on the inside. Soak them in Burgerim’s cool house sauce and you’ll be hooked in no time at all.

Burgerim 9635 Bermuda Roadway, 702-724-9400. Monday-Thursday, 11 a.m.-9 p.m.; Friday & & Saturday, 11 a.m.-10 p.m.; Sunday, 11 a.m.-8 p.m.
