” I have actually ALWAYS gotten regard and great customer care at Coffee shop Rio, until last night. The other day was an uniform day for my partner and I. We were welcomed by an employee who started our food. The concern was with the next action. A young African/American male, with glasses and curly hair, refused to complete our food. He put his head down and put his hands on the counter. My partner attempted to engage him in conversation however he refused to acknowledged our existence. My taco began to burn on the grill as a worker in the back informed him to finish our food. That staff member needed to stop exactly what he was doing, come to the front, and complete our order. I am appreciative of the discount and respect I usually get at Cafe Rio. I am thoroughly disappointed with this worker’s habits. I understand Coffee shop Rio does not excuse this type of habits from its staff members. Coffee shop Rio is located at 7040 S. Durango Drive.”
