Cops take $2 million in liquid meth hidden in cleansing containers during traffic stop

(CNN)– A Texas woman faces federal drug trafficking charges after authorities seized 75 pounds of liquid crystal methamphetamine worth $2 million inside her automobile, according to the Austin Cops Department.

The 23-year-old woman, Seline Lizbeth Ayala, was stopped for speeding after 11 p.m. on Highway 35 in Austin last week, and officers became suspicious of her throughout their interaction, APD said in a statement launched on Wednesday.

Austin Authorities estimates the street worth of the liquid crystal meth at approximately $2 million.

Inning accordance with a criminal problem filed in United States District Court, the suspect initially informed authorities she was traveling to Dallas for a work conference, but that her story changed throughout the course of their discussion.
