Female identified in double fatal crash triggered by intoxicated driver on I-11 in Stone City

BOULDER CITY, NV( FOX5)- The Clark County Coroner recognized one of the victims eliminated in a double deadly crash caused by an intoxicated driver on the newly opened I-11 highway in Boulder City.

Henderson resident Jennifer Renee Taylor-Beasinger, 49, was killed in the crash. The 2nd victim’s identity was not offered yet, the coroner’s office stated.

Nevada Highway Patrol trooper Smaka said the two-vehicle crash was reported at 2:18 a.m. on the I-11 near mile marker 9 on Tuesday. A dark blue sedan pulled over to the side of the road after experiencing mechanical issues.

Three individuals were inside the sedan; Taylor-Beasinger beinged in the motorist’s seat, a female and male traveler who was being in the rear seat. The chauffeur and the guy were killed when a BMW traveling in the southbound lanes knocked into the rear of the sedan, Smaka said.

The second woman was transported to St. Rose Sienna hospital where she is stable.

Smaka said a guy was driving the BMW with his kid in a car seat. The kid is in between three and five years of ages.

They were required to University Medical Center for treatment.

Police said the daddy was under the influence of alcohol and speeding which added to the crash.
