Guy eliminated in downtown shooting

A deadly shooting at a downtown Las Vegas home early Monday early morning is under investigation, according to Las Vegas police.

Patrol officers were sent to a home in the 600 block of South 11th Street, near Charleston Boulevard, prior to 1 a.m., authorities said. A man was found dead from noticeable gunshot injuries.

Homicide detectives’ preliminary examination indicated the male was shot inside an apartment or condo by an unidentified suspect or suspects, who left prior to cops showed up.

Detectives don’t know what caused the shooting and had not made any arrests, authorities stated Tuesday night.

The victim’s identity will be launched by the Clark County coroner’s workplace after his family has actually been alerted.
