Guy kills sweetheart after she chose not to give him $36, police state

( Meredith/KMOV)- A Missouri man presumably shot and eliminated his sweetheart in front of her 14-year-old daughter after a conflict over $ 36. Police stated Brian Clay, 42, shot Loreal Goode, 32, in the head with a. 38 revolver in a

Family Dollar parking lot in Jennings on Wednesday. He obviously shot when Goode refused to lend him $ 36 so he might get his TELEVISION from a pawnshop, inning accordance with police. Goode died at the scene, and relative said her

teenage daughter saw the murder. After the shooting, police stated Clay stole Goode’s mobile phone and bank card and drove away in her automobile. Cops caught up with Clay simply moments after he fled the criminal offense scene and apprehended him on charges of first-degree murder, armed criminal action, break-in, and illegal possession of a gun.

Clay also has a criminal past. He was convicted of burglary in the second-degree and assault in the second-degree in August of 1995 in St. Louis.

Meanwhile, family members are reeling after Goode’s awful death. Don Lyles, a buddy, said Goode was like a sister to him.

” I was supposed to meet up with her and now that conference’s not ever going to occur,” stated Lyles.
