WOODRUFF COUNTY, AR( WMC/ KARK) -. Someone sneaked into an Arkansas household’s farm under the cover of darkness and massacred their animals, inning accordance with Woodruff County Constable’s Department. The killings happened in between 7 p.m. December 28 and 8 a.m. December 29.
William Wiggins and his daughter invested the last 10 years raising and caring for mini horses, donkeys, pigs, goats, and other small animals as if they belonged to the family.
” We liked on them, fed them bottles, took them in the house when they were ill,” Wiggins said. “Everyone knows just how much they love their canines and felines, picture losing a whole herd of them at one time.”
Then Friday early morning, they opened the pen to greet them but instead found a lot of them dead– consisting of goats, an alpaca, and a calf.
” When you show up at the pen to examine them in the morning time and everyone of them laying in the pen is dead from some type of wound, all of us wept,” Wiggins stated.
Investigators called the individual( s) who killed all the animals cowards and pledged to punish them.
” Whoever cowardly did this abhorrent act to animals as innocent as these in captivity, they will be punished to the extent of the law in the fullest,” Constable Phil Reynolds stated.
Reynolds’ department is using a benefit for anybody who can assist private investigators locate the killer( s).
