KANSAS CITY, MO (MEREDITH/KCTV) – A Kansas City mom says she was embarrassed and shamed on a United Airlines flight with her household.
She had to go to the restroom, and flight attendants handed her a plastic cup. Then, they shamed her and told her they would report her.
Nicole Harper is the mom of two and has an overactive bladder. She states she was heading house from Houston with her family when she truly had to use the toilet.
“It’s a little awkward to come forward,” she stated.
Harper is less than enjoyed share exactly what took place Thirty Minutes into her flight.
“I’ll just get up and go to the bathroom actually fast and go back to my seat,” Harper said.
She states a flight attendant told her to take a seat.

Harper states the flight attendant informed her they would report her. The pilot would speak with her when the airplane landed and the seats would all need to be cleaned by a biohazard team.
“There was simply no customer service no empathy,” she stated.
