Las Vegas woman arrested on DUI count in crash that hurt numerous

. A lady was jailed Friday night on suspicion of DUI after running a traffic signal and crashing into another car, hurting numerous individuals, according to City Authorities.

Also according to police:

Melissa Williams, 40, of Las Vegas was driving a 2015 Chevrolet Equinox north on Buffalo Drive about 9:20 p.m. She went through a red light at Gowan Roadway and crashed into an eastbound 2002 Pontiac Sunfire.

A 16-year-old girl in the Pontiac was ejected; she was required to UMC Injury in crucial condition. The Pontiac’s 20-year-old driver, Danielle Byerly of Las Vegas, and 3 juveniles suffered minor to moderate injuries. Williams also suffered minor injuries.

The crash is under investigation.
