Man arrested for 16-year-old Las Vegas lady'' s murder

LAS VEGAS (FOX5) –

Las Vegas authorities have actually arrested a male for the murder of a 16-year-old lady in April.

Justise Allen’s moms and dads stated 18-year-old Amir Gibson matured with their child and even spent the night at her home when they were kids. They explained him as a funny kid growing up who didn’t remain in touch with the household as he aged.

“I had a great deal of love for him,” Justise’s mother, Katina Brown said. “They went to high school together. They knew each other because elementary … me and his mama were friends.”

Police said the suspect fired into a crowd of teens on Remarkable Method near Tenaya and Ann Road, eliminating Justise and injuring a 19-year-old man. Her parents said they think that some of Justise’s friends had entered into an argument with Gibson’s good friends prior to the shooting at that their child was captured in the crossfire.

“She has no part in any beef that we had,” one of Justise’s buddies said. “I’m sorry that she remained in that scenario.”

Sean Phillipson, a next-door neighbor, entered to attempt and conserve the teenage lady.

“I heard 5 gunshots,” Phillipson stated. “They were so loud, and immediately after that I heard shouting, shrieking for aid … I informed her to stay with us, I was just aiming to keep her eyes open, keep aiming to combat.”

“That’s all we desire is justice for Justise,” Brown said. “She did not need to get assassinated on a Friday night; her moms and dads coming and seeing our infant setting under a white sheet … Them going to jail and decomposing in there– that’s what justice is going to appear like, to me.”

Justise’s father, Justin Allen, stated he still keeps in mind the day he and Brown called her. He said he never believed he would have to plan his daughter’s funeral 16 years later.

“In every photo that you see, she’s smiling,” he said. “ I’m going to miss her smile.”

“I really think that my infant was going to grow up and be a weather lady,” Brown stated.

Justise’s parents stated they have not been sure what to think over the past few months due to the fact that they’ve heard so many rumors from teens. Even after Gibson’s arrest, they were pleading anyone with details to please work together with authorities so that any other possible suspects can be jailed.

“You cannot act like you just don’t know absolutely nothing, don’t have a hint,” Brown stated. “We are the ones that had to go identify our kid on a piece … You can not just go around killing people.”

The family has opened a GoFundMe page to assist cover funeral service costs.
