1 1/2 oz Barsol Pisco Primero
1 oz Marie Brizard Apry
(apricot brandy liqueur)
2 oz Fever-Tree Ginger Ale
2 oz iced mint tea
Juice of 2 lime wedges
Apricot slices (fresh or canned) for garnish
Sprig of mint for garnish
Develop the beverage over ice in a
12 ounce Collins glass. Stir well. Garnish with apricot slices and a sprig of mint.
° Pisco, a Peruvian brandy made from grapes, is a high-proof, full-flavored spirit. This mixed drink is exotic, smooth and somewhat sweet but preserves the strong kick for which pisco is understood.
