Amber’s moms and dads run out town. There’s going to be an impressive party. With a keg, Jell-O shots, trashcan punch, and dancing. Lots of dancing. Kylie unwillingly accepts bring her out-of-town cousin Chloe– a self-professed life of the party– with her to Amber’s. Chloe gets drunk. She satisfies Connor. There’s a kiss. She satisfies Ty. And … Blackout. Chloe awakens the next morning in Tanner’s basement. What happened? The tweets and Instagram posts and YouTube video inform a stunning story. But excellent kids would not do something so bad, would they?
