Where did you grow up?
I am a Las Vegas native. I graduated from Palo Verde High School.
What inspired you to get into your field?
I utilized to fear going to the dentist, and I fulfilled many others who felt the very same way. It was that fear that inspired me to sign up with the profession. After finishing from dental school, I relocated to Charleston, West Virginia, to begin my very first job as a dental expert. I invested a year there on my own and had to adapt to numerous things including paying expenses, working longer hours, and a living in a different climate. I had a few of the best and worst times of my life throughout that year, but it was an experience I will always remember.

Tell us about someone you admire and why.
There are so many people I admire, all whom have shaped a part of me. Facebook’s chief operating officer Sheryl Sandberg is among the people at the top of the list. Her book about ladies in the workforce helped me understand that other individuals felt as I did about stabilizing profession and domesticity. It formed my long-lasting outlook.
Is there an item in your workplace that has significance for you? If so, what is it and why it is significant?
