Vision Characteristic has < a href="" target=" _ blank” > signed a long-lasting lease with Automobile Club Group to occupy a low-rise office building at Renaissance Center, which broke ground less than 4 months earlier at 8733 Henderson Road in Tampa, FL.

Renaissance Center 6, scheduled for delivery in April 2018, will work as the Florida local headquarters for Vehicle Club Group, the second-largest American Car Association (AAA) affiliate in The United States and Canada. New Jersey-based Vision Residences up-sized the task from 111,600 square feet to 150,000 square feet and from three to four floorings to fulfill the occupant’s requirement.

Westell Technologies, a supplier of high-performance wireless facilities solutions, will continue to totally occupy the 92,063-square-foot building at 750 N. Commons Dr. in Aurora, IL after agreeing to < a href="" target="_

blank” > extend its head office lease. The 92,063-square-foot, single-story home was built in 1996 on 16.37 acres near the Metra-Route 59 station and just northwest of the 1.4 million-square-foot Fox Valley Shopping mall in rural Chicago’s I-88 West Industrial submarket. Westell has actually inhabited the building, which features a gym and outdoor lounge, given that 1998.

Azusa Pacific Leases 48,000 SF at Mission Center Workplace Park

Azusa Pacific University has signed a lease growth and extension totaling 48,000 square feet in the Mission Center Workplace Park at 5333-5353 Mission Center Rd. in San Diego, CA.

The college will continue to run its San Diego local campus at the three-building, 183,692-square-foot office park located in the Mission Valley submarket, with immediate access to the SR-163 and I-8 Freeways in addition to the Mission Valley Center Light Rail Station with connections to Amtrak and the Coaster commuter train.

The NRP Group Relocating Head Workplaces to The Halle Bldg. in Downtown Cleveland

The NRP Group is moving its corporate headquarters to downtown Cleveland

The property developer, professional and residential or commercial property manager reached a deal < a href="http:////" target=" _ blank" > to occupy 41,307 square feet in the historical Halle Building, signing a 10-year lease that will see the company shift its head workplaces from Garfield Heights.

Slated to move by year-end, NRP’s expanded office lies on the fourth floor of the 11-story, 409,000-square-foot office complex and will accommodate 200 workers.

VNTG House Leases 26,000 SF in Cleveland.

Vintage Furnishings, a retailer of classic furniture, < a href="" target=" _ blank” > signed a five-year lease for 26,000 square feet at 1427 E. 36th St. in Cleveland, OH. Graystone Residences took ownership of the home in 2008, inning accordance with public record.

The four-story building totals 120,000 square feet in Tyler Park. VNTG Home’s lease includes 26,000 square feet on the 2nd floor. Other occupants consist of New Growth Group and Open Doors Academy.

Bunker Hill Neighborhood College signed a lease for 25,000 square feet in the office complex at 70 Everett Ave. in Chelsea, MA.

The five-story building overalls 91,000 square feet. The residential or commercial property is managed by Simboli Properties.

. The nine-story structure totals 233,982 square feet and was integrated in 1999. It lies in Tyson’s Corner straight throughout from Tysons II Galleria and the Ritz-Carlton Hotel.

Ernst & & Young Shifts SLC Office to Gateway Tower West

London-based expert services firm Ernst & & Young (EY)
signed a lease to shift its Salt Lake City office to 14,500 square feet at 15 W. South Temple on a five-year offer.

EY will inhabit space on the 18th flooring of the 19-story high-rise, which amounts to 278,501 square feet within the Entrance Tower West office complex at the corner of W. South Temple and S. Main St. in the city’s central enterprise zone.
