Las Vegas City authorities are investigating a” love triangle” shooting that left two individuals dead and one hurt early Saturday morning. Officers responded to reports of a shooting at 7:27 a.m. in the area of F Street and Morgan Opportunity, near Washington Avenue. On arrival, 2 deceased guys, identified by the Clark County Coroner’s Office as 28-year-old Manuel Parra-Luna and 41-year-old Jorge Rodriguez-Lopez, and a hurt female were found on the scene.

According to Lt. Dan McGrath, the female was fulfilling her boyfriend, Parra-Luna, and was followed by her partner, Rodriguez-Lopez. Rodriguez-Lopez struck Parra-Luna’s vehicle with his own then left his vehicle and fired numerous rounds at the lady and Parra-Luna prior to turning the weapon on himself, authorities said.

Police stated the woman suffered a minimum of 2 gunshot wounds to her legs. Parra-Luna was shot in the head at close quarters and might have been hit by the suspect’s automobile, inning accordance with McGrath.

The female was carried to UMC in unidentified condition however stays steady.

McGrath stated the shooting will be investigated as a domestic violence event.

” It’s very unfortunate, anything related to domestic violence– there are constantly other choices, there are always other ways to handle this,” McGrath said.
