Pedestrian struck by multiple vehicles in west Las Vegas

Authorities are investigating a deadly auto-pedestrian crash in west Las Vegas Saturday evening. Officers were called to the intersection of Charleston Boulevard and Antelope Way prior to 7 p.m. with reports of a vehicle accident.

Metro said a pedestrian was struck by multiple automobiles at that location with one of the vehicles leaving the scene of the crash.

The 25-year-old guy was trying to cross Charleston beyond a marked crosswalk, inning accordance with authorities. He was carried to the University Medical Center where he later died from his injuries.

Cops stated the car that left the scene had travel luggage on the roof as particles was found where the accident took place.

A portion of the crossway was closed while authorities performed their on-scene examination.

Private investigators did not release any further instant details about the event.
