Grammy Acclaimed singer-songwriter, actress and Caesars Palace headliner Mariah Carey hosted a celebratory Saturday night at 1 OAK in the Mirage with occasion sponsor Be Glammed.
Carey, whose compilation album “Infinity” was released on Might 15, got to 1 OAK after midnight, where she stopped on the red carpet and wowed photographers and numerous fans in a spectacular black gown.
Inside the nightspot, Carey and her visitors got to a VIP table behind the DJ booth while DJ Suss One played her hit “It’s Like that” to welcome the record-breaking diva in real Las Vegas fashion.
Appreciative of the warm reception, the mom of two, who just recently split from Nick Cannon, got on a mic to sing along to a few of her hit and No. 1 tunes, including “Heartbreaker,” “Don’t Forget About United states,” “Shake It Off,” “Honey” and more played throughout the evening.
Countless fans filled the dance floor to catch a glimpse of Carey. A parade of alcoholic drink waitresses provided the pop icon with a four-tiered cake embellished with butterflies and a gold tiara.
Carey held up her cake for all to see and positioned for photos as partygoers chanted, “Mariah! Mariah! Mariah!” Carey and her group were seen dancing and laughing, and the “Elusive Chanteuse” took part in a champagne toast.
Also at 1 OAK: DeAndre Jordan of the Los Angeles Clippers celebrated his belated 27th birthday with good friends, consisting of Kevin Durant of the Oklahoma City Thunder.
