Release of 5th '' Indiana Jones ' movie pushed to 2021

New York City– Indiana Jones won’t be swinging back into movie theaters until a minimum of 2021.

The Walt Disney Co. on Tuesday announced that the planned 5th installment in the “Indiana Jones” franchise will be postponed a year and will be released in July 2021. The movie was initially scheduled for release in the summer of 2019.

Script issues are supposedly behind the delay. Last month, “Solo: A Star Wars Story” co-screenwriter Jonathan Kasdan was induced to assist write the film.

Spielberg is set to direct the most recent “Indiana Jones” film, with Harrison Ford likewise reprising his function. Ford turns 79 years of ages in July 2021.

Spielberg likewise has a variety of films in front of “Indiana Jones,” including a remake of “West Side Story.”
