RENO– Authorities in Reno say 3 people are hospitalized, consisting of 2 people with knife injuries and a thought assailant who was shot by a minimum of one constable’s deputy.
Washoe County sheriff’s spokesman Bob Harmon informed the Reno Gazette Journal that a males and female were hospitalized with stab wounds after deputies responded about 11:20 p.m. Sunday to an address in the Lemmon Valley location.
Harmon didn’t right away react to messages from The Associated Press.
He informs the paper the incident escalated into a deputy-involved shooting that left the male suspect wounded by shooting.
Harmon says no deputies were injured.
Names of the suspect and the injured individuals were not immediately revealed.
Triggers police were leading the investigation under a regional procedure for officer-involved shootings.

The Mohave County Constable’s Workplace is requesting the general public’s help in locating a Kingman female and her 2 kids.
The Department of Youngster Solutions was in the process of taking temporary custody of 34-year-old Amber Lee Smith’s youngsters. On Friday afternoon, Smith vanished with her children.
Smith is wanted on a felony warrant for custodial disturbance.
Smith is described as white, 5’7″ tall and 160 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair.
The missing children are 8-year-old Justin Huerta and 6-year-old Melissa Huerta.
Deputies did not have a description of Smith’s vehicle.
