Authorities stated the accident involved a forklift.

Authorities stated at around 3:00 p.m., the victim and a female were strolling on the pathway down Owens Opportunity when another man drove up in a truck and began speaking to her. The victim and the chauffeur, who was still in the vehicle, began arguing. A weapon, which police stated they thought came from the victim, was pulled out. The two men fought over the weapon through the truck window and it was fired. The male on the walkway was struck, and died, inning accordance with Metro Authorities.

The chauffeur (and thought shooter) left in his truck and drove about a half a mile to a gas station where police said they stopped and jailed him.

Cops said the suspect was around 50 years old and the victim and woman were in their 20s.

Cops were at first called to the scene on reports of a male down and bleeding.

Nevada Highway Patrol responded to reports of a rollover crash on the United States 95 and the Rainbow Boulevard curve on March 7. According to Trooper Jason Buratczuk, one lady was pronounced dead at the scene and a second woman was carried to a health center with crucial injuries.
