The report for Tegrin Shelley, 45, showed he remained in a relationship with the teenager’s mom when he entered into a sexual relationship with her 15-year-old daughter.

Shelley and the teen kept their relationship a secret from the rest of the household. At one point, the set informed the teenager’s mama they were going to the health club however went to a hotel to take part in sexes.
According to the report, the teen told authorities she asked Shelley for a child and he told her “to think about it” since he wanted to ensure “she knew it was a huge responsibility.” The teen ultimately conceived.
