(Meredith/AP)– A man who stripped naked prior to working out at a New Hampshire fitness center informed police officers that he thought he was in a “Judgement Free Zone,” prior to being arrested.
NECN reports 34-year-old Eric Stagno, of Haverhill, Massachusetts, was charged with public indecency, lewdness and disorderly conduct on Sunday for taking off his clothes and working out at a Plaistow World Fitness.
Authorities say he strolled back and forth and started doing presents on a yoga mat. He allegedly referenced World Physical fitness’ slogan that it is a “Judgement Free Zone.”
Stagno is free on bail and is set up to be arraigned on Sept. 21 in Plaistow District Court.
Stagno could not be grabbed remark, and his lawyer might not be immediately identified.
