Man shoots neighbor'' s pet near Torrey Pines and Vegas drives

A Pahrump woman implicated of shooting and eliminating her next-door neighbor’s pup may have done due to the fact that the canine killed her two ducklings, according to deputies.

Nye County Sheriff’s Office stated Maria Furtado, 40, was nabbed on Sunday after deputies got reports of the pet dog shooting.

According to the constable’s office, Furtado took the puppy from her next-door neighbor’s property and drove it to a desert location together with her sons, ages 3 and 15 years old. Evidence revealed Furtado made use of a handgun to shoot the puppy at least once.

The sheriff’s office likewise reported Furtado made her teenage boy shoot the dog as well.

FOX5 on Wednesday night talked with the family that possessed the young puppy, named Duke.
