Las Vegas City cops stated they are examining a murder in the northeast portion of the Valley Monday morning. At 5:48 a.m. officers responded to the Cedar Avenue West of Eastern Avenue, near Treasure trove Roadway for reports of a guy depending on the street.

Arriving officers discovered a Hispanic guy in his 40’s with a minimum of one gunshot injury. The guy was required to University Medical Center where he was later pronounced dead.

Cops said no one is in custody.

An investigation is continuous.

LAS VEGAS( FOX5)- A kid was hurried to the health center after inadvertently discharging a gun into his hand Sunday in the northeast Valley. Las Vegas City Lt. Grant Rogers said authorities reacted to the incident at 4730 Luxor method, near Nellis Boulevard and Cheyenne Avenue shortly after 9 a.m.

. A 5-year-old young boy reportedly shot a gun into his hand causing the bullet to strike his finger, authorities stated. The young boy was taken to University Medical Center’s Trauma Unit.

The kid’s mom was home at the time of the shooting, according to Lt. Rogers.

Officers reacted to reports of a two-vehicle accident on Judson Opportunity and Marion Drive, near Lake Mead and Nellis Boulevards at 9:57 p.m. On arrival, 2 males were stated departed and two women were transported to a nearby medical facility with small injuries, according to Lt. Ken Romaine.

Northeast valley officer-involved shooting investigated

Officers about 10:50 p.m. were dispatched after reports of gunfire in the 1700 block of Eddingham Court, near Owens Avenue and Mt. Hood Street, police said.

Officers were dispatched about 7 p.m. May 19 to a convenience store at 3285 Las Vegas Blvd. North, east of Pecos Roadway, authorities stated.

The guy entered the store, pretended to be customer, waited for his turn in a line, and pointed a weapon at a worker who was able to duck out of his view, police said. The suspect ranged from the store without any cash.

The suspect is referred to as a medium-build Hispanic male who stands just under 6 feet, authorities stated. He used a blue Chicago White Sox ball cap, a black long-sleeve sweatshirt and blue jeans.
