2018( Courtesy: Roy Hollingshead). LAS VEGAS (FOX5)- Las Vegas Metro police are examining a deadly crash that left at least someone dead Monday morning in northeast Las Vegas. Officers reacted to the scene of the two-vehicle crash at 7:50 a.m. at the crossway of Lake Mead Boulevard and Mt. Hood Street.

Inning accordance with City public details officer Larry Hadfield, the crash may be alcohol-related.

Las Vegas City police were examining a shooting that killed a 2-year-old kid in northeast Las Vegas late Wednesday morning.

Officers responded to the incident at the Estates at Westernaire apartment building on 3975 North Nellis Boulevard, near Las Vegas Boulevard at 11:52 a.m.

Murder Lt. Ray Spencer said 5 young boys, all under the age of 12, were playing in the back room of an apartment or condo, according to a preliminary examination. A 10-year-old kid who seemed the one who brought the gun, shot the 2-year-old in the center of the forehead, Spencer said.

Three of the kids ran away, while the mom of the child shot and a neighbor tried CPR unsuccessfully. Spencer said they were attempting to figure out where the weapon belonged and how the shooting occurred. A toy weapon was also recuperated from the scene, authorities said.

This is the second kid shot in the valley within 24 Hr. A baby remained in important condition after being shot in the stomach late Tuesday night.

Hit-and-run critically hurts pedestrian in northeast Las Vegas

The pedestrian was taken to a nearby hospital. Eastbound Treasure trove, along with Wardelle Street, Manning Street and Mojave Roadway were closed down as officers investigated, authorities said.

Cops stated a gray or silver sedan was involved in the mishap. The pedestrian remains in vital condition since Saturday morning.

Officers responded to El Valle Street, near Sahara Avenue and Treeline Drive after a resident called cops to report a possible carjacking. The suspects ran away the location when City systems arrived to the scene, cops stated.

A border was established in the domestic neighborhood and the suspects were collared at 5:18 a.m., according to Metro police.

A guy was shot and killed after a battle over his weapon near Lamb Boulevard and Owens Avenue Thursday, according to Las Vegas Metro Authorities. Authorities stated at around 3:00 p.m., the victim and a female were strolling on the pathway down Owens Opportunity when another man drove up in a truck and began speaking to her. The victim and the chauffeur, who was still in the vehicle, began arguing. A weapon, which police stated they thought came from the victim, was pulled out. The two men fought over the weapon through the truck window and it was fired. The male on the walkway was struck, and died, inning accordance with Metro Authorities.

The chauffeur (and thought shooter) left in his truck and drove about a half a mile to a gas station where police said they stopped and jailed him.

Cops said the suspect was around 50 years old and the victim and woman were in their 20s.

Cops were at first called to the scene on reports of a male down and bleeding.

Las Vegas City officers were dispatched to reports of numerous shots fired soon after 11 p.m. Tuesday night at the 4800 block of Nellis Oasis Lane, near Nellis and Las Vegas Boulevards. Lt. David Gordon said an adult male was encountering Lamont Street when a black male suspect opened fire numerous times striking the victim when in the head.

Two men are dead and another was injured after a shooting east of downtown Las Vegas Tuesday night, according to City Cops. The shooting happened on the 3400 block of Center Drive, near Charleston Boulevard and Pecos Roadway, about 8:21 p.m. The hurt guy was taken to University Medical Center where he went through treatment and remains in stable condition.

Investigators were unable to recognize any suspects or intention.

( Kurt Rempe/FOX5). LAS VEGAS( FOX5)-. Las Vegas City authorities investigated a murder in northeast Las Vegas on Thursday night. Officers reacted to the event at 7:31 p.m. near Lewis Household Park located near Sahara Avenue and Hollywood Boulevard.

Mentioning the preliminary investigation, authorities stated the 16-year-old victim and his friends met 2 suspects which led to an argument and then a physical fight. The battle escalated when both the victim and suspect fired their guns. One of the rounds struck the victim in the upper body, he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Private investigators situated two guns at the scene and they believe a third weapon is with the suspects, authorities said.

Two suspects left the scene before cops arrived. Authorities described them as 2 Hispanic males in between the ages of 16- and 18-years-old with medium develops. One suspect had facial hair. They left in a small black or dark blue Toyota or Honda with black rims and a loud exhaust.

Authorities think the shooting is drug-related.
