Metro Policeman injured in crash

. A City Law enforcement officer was hospitalized this morning after being T-boned while owning through an intersection in the northeast valley, cops said.

The police car had its lights and siren activated when it was hit about 6:30 a.m. at Rancho and Vegas drives, Lt. Charles Jenkins said. The officer suffered minor injuries, he stated.

The intersection was closed down after the crash and remained closed through 8:45 a.m., according to the Regional Transport Commission of Southern Nevada.

OMAHA, Neb.– Omaha’s police chief says an officer shot while assisting serve an arrest warrant has actually passed away, as has the suspect.
