Las Vegas Metropolitan Authorities asked for the public’s aid to discover an armed burglar in Chinatown Friday. It happened Friday at 12:40 a.m. at a shop on the 4000 block of Spring Mountain Road. A guy leapt nonprescription and pointed a gun at a staff member, requiring money, authorities stated. The worker handed him money and the man fled in an unidentified direction.

The male was referred to as around Twenty Years old, 5-foot-11 to 6-foot-1, thin, using a red jacket with the word “LOVE”, no t-shirt, grey pants and black shoes, authorities stated.

Guard contends serial bank robber in southwest valley


METRO POLICE Cops state this male is thought of robbing Las Vegas-area banks.

A guy suspected in a string of bank burglaries was contended Tuesday early morning by a security officer at a southwest valley branch when he tried to rob it, according to Metro Cops.

It is unknown whether any of the two rounds fired by the security personnel struck the suspect, cops said.

Officers were dispatched about 11 a.m. to the America First Cooperative credit union, 6090 S. Durango Drive, near Patrick Lane, cops said.

An initial investigation identified that the suspect approached the entryway using a hooded sweatshirt, a mask and sunglasses, police stated. He encountered a locked door, which he aimed to require himself through by breaking it.

That’s when the guard stepped in and challenged him, police stated. When the suspect did not retreat, the guard fired off 2 rounds, cops said.

The suspect gotten away in a gray Jaguar sedan, according to pictures supplied by Metro.

Private investigators believe the same man is linked to a minimum of 2 robberies from last week.

On May 2, the male entered into a U.S. Bank, 2885 E. Desert Inn Roadway, near McLeod Drive, displayed a weapon, handed a note to a teller and walked away with a concealed quantity of money, police stated.

The next day, he entered into a bank in the 2700 block of West Sahara Opportunity, near Rancho Drive, robbed it in a comparable way and fled in a taken gold, four-door Toyota Camry, the exact same automobile used in Tuesday’s break-in, authorities stated. Other than this time, he crashed the automobile into a wall and left on foot.

Robber contends off-duty Metro police officer in Henderson

A robber fired at an off-duty City police officer who saw the criminal offense as it was going down Friday night, according to Henderson police.

The officer was not hit.

It happened about 9 p.m. near the crossway of Carnegie Street and Horizon Ridge Parkway, Henderson authorities spokeswoman Kathleen Richards said. The officer attempted to stop the burglar, who left in a car.

Cops established a border and were trying to find the burglar, Richards said about 9:45 p.m. Further information were not immediately offered.
