. An undefined threat prompted authorities to remove guests from an American Airlines plane preparing to depart Las Vegas and browse it with dogs, according to airport and airline officials.
Police officers did a sweep of the aircraft, baggage and freight from “an abundance of caution,” and absolutely nothing suspicious was found, McCarran International Airport spokesperson Christine Crews said. The 184 passengers and 6 team members also were rescreened by airport security, she stated.
The airline company explained the danger as “noncredible” however did not elaborate.
