A guy accused of triggering the death of a California man by punching him once in downtown Las Vegas faces brand-new charges of witness intimidation. Inning accordance with Las Vegas Metro cops, James Beach, 27, was re-booked on a count of frightening a witness to influence testament. In the report, Beach saw the declaration made versus him through authorities documents obtained by his attorney. Citing jail phone records from Might, Beach, who was currently behind bars on the murder charge, called his bro, Salvador Lazo, notifying him of the declaration. Lazo was recognized as the dad of the witness’ child.

Police said Lazo informed Beach he would call his ex which he was going to “get all their asses.” Police also specified that Lazo stated that she is “not going to like it” if she indeed provided a statement against his sibling.

Lazo called his ex while on the phone with Beach, inning accordance with detectives. Using two phones for an unrefined three-way conference call, Beach told the lady he understood it was her who snitched him.

Cops stated the lady entered into hiding after the conversation because of a history of domestic violence including Lazo. She then called law enforcement.

In addition to Beach, Lazo was detained and reserved on the intimidation charge and attempted browbeating.

Beach is due in court for a preliminary hearing on July 18. A preliminary hearing for Lazo is set up for Wednesday.
