The suspect has actually not been identified or arrested.
The occurrence happened about 8:30 a.m. near the 4400 block of South Juliana Road, near El Capitan Method and Flamingo Roadway, authorities stated.
The victim was approached by the suspect, who touched the child three times before the victim was able to “frighten him away,” police said.
By the time the victim reported the event at their school and Metro officers were summoned, the suspect was gone, cops said. He supposedly ran away on foot, northbound on Juliana Road, cops said.
Cops described the guy as white and in his mid-20 with brown hair. He used a blue hooded sweatshirt.
